Enjoy these great tasting, good for you Veeg vegan protein pancakes as an amazing start to your day!
Ingredients
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 scoop of VEEG vanilla protein powder (or whichever flavor you like best)
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp sea salt or kosher salt
- 1 cup water (plus more as needed)
- Blueberries (optional)
Instructions
Combine flour, protein powder, baking powder and salt. Slowly add water until the batter is mixed.
Let batter rest for 5-10 minutes
Heat a non-stick pan and pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake. Add blueberries (if desired).
Cook until edges are firm, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Serve with syrup & enjoy!
VEEG vanilla protein powder will give your pancakes a greenish color thanks to the greens and veggies (i.e. "the good stuff") inside!
