What is your return, refund and replacement policy?
Order now with confidence! If you’re not satisfied with your Veeg® product you can request a refund or replacement within 14 days – NO RISK, NO HASSLE.
Please note the following items are non-refundable:
- Original Shipping Charges
- Gift cards or promotions
How do I return an item to you?
Due to food safety reasons, Veeg® products are non-returnable.
- Our products are non-returnable due to potential safety risk as an ingestible product.
- If the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement by emailing us and providing an image of the item and an explanation of its defects.
How do I request a refund or replacement?

- Contact information (name, phone number, email address)
- Place of Purchase (Website, Amazon, etc.)
- Order Number
- Item Purchased
- Reason for refund or replacement
- Image(s) of defect(s)
- We will review your request and if approved, send your replacement item or issue a refund
When will I receive my refund or replacement item?
- Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 days and will be credited to the original payment method.
- Replacement items will ship within 3 to 5 days based on availability.
What about damaged or defective items?
If an item is defective or was damaged in transit we’ll get it replaced ASAP. Just drop us a line at connect@veegnow.com and be sure to include your Order Number in the email subject line.
Can I cancel an order that hasn’t been shipped or is on backorder?
Yes, if your item is on backorder or hasn’t been shipped. Email us at connect@veegnow.com. We will cancel your order for a full refund. Be sure to include your Order Number in the email subject line.
